ONE

One.  As an adjective, it is something or being amounting to a single unit or individual or entire thing, item, or object rather than two or more. As a noun, it is defined as the first and lowest whole number, being a cardinal number. it is also the number of month that i haven’t scribbled any entry to this blog, and the length of time in which I haven’t hopped around your blogs. No updates on Valentines and the other succeeding things and events that happened after Chinese New Year.

Finally, I got a bit of time spared so here I am writing something.

I want to thank everyone who’s been passing here and commented even though I haven’t had time to even answer your comments. Some evengreeted me on V-day.

okay, Updates.

Valentines Day. It went on great. I had a reservation at a fine restaurant inside Chjimes, in an alfresco setting so Jean and I had a great time. we had some good stake and lobster and some mid-range priced chardonay, and even watched a free garden movie. My mother in law was in town for a vacation during that time so it was a blessing since we have someone to take care of Fergus for a few hours. hehe.

My New Job. I settled well on my new job. But I am as busy as hell. New projects are coming in and me and my team are doing our best to meet deadlines, especially that we’ll be doing full package projects most of the time. it’s just weird since I feel just like in the Philippines in this office because out of the 6 members of our team (we’re Team 1 of the 4 design teams), one is Malaysian, one is Chinese, and the other four are Filipinos. It’s something that I missed in my former office. The work is constant, but the process is something I enjoy, especially that pinoy jokes and chat about things that I like (comics, collectible toys, art) are always the topic. I also welcome giving out things and techniques that I know through the years, and learn of the ones that my colleagues has been practicing in this office. The future seems brighter, as of now at least.
